For those that want a perfect free YouTube fix that does not also install a broken push fix that will drain your battery, you have come to the right place.
If you have not installed my source, do so using the instructions at http://cydia.pushfix.info/
Install one of the YouTube Fix packages from my source. In Cydia, go to Manage -> Sources -> Pushfix.info and install one of the three YouTube fixes (they just have different youtube keys)
You should still turn Notifications OFF in Settings if it happens to get activated in the future. If you want 100% working push notifications, you should consider purchasing Pushfix 2.0.
Users of these broken push fixes later find out that their phone is doing about 20MB of data a day and drastically reducing their battery. You are getting thousands of push notifications that aren't intended for your phone and are silently discarded by the OS. You will also occasionally get a push message that isn't intended for your phone but will show up. Finally, some notifications will just disappear and never make it to your phone because they went to someone else's phone. iphoneil.net has since removed the push fix that they authored from their site, but now about 5 other repositories have copied their package (check the author of the package at each other repo -> Darks from iphoneil.net ). iphoneil.net even did a review of Pushfix 2.0 and agreed with all my statements and they are happy I have a working fix for all.
See a translation of their review from Hebrew here : http://translate.google.com/translate?j ... auto&tl=en
RedmondPie.com did a review of Pushfix 2.0. Yes, he has an unlocked phone and actually tested it : http://www.redmondpie.com/pushfix-2.0-f ... e-9140262/
There are several other reviews out there if you google Pushfix 2.0.
I have three YouTube fix packages for free. There are three of them because no single YouTube key works for all users. You have to try one first, but it's about 99% certain that the first one you pick will work.
I have handled over 900 tickets regarding support issues and I also have a forum in which I answer questions and offer free support to even non-customers that have push notifications problems. Almost all of the tickets are from users migrating from the broken push fixes because they have applications that are stuck using the shared push certificates. An uninstall and reinstall of the app usually fixes it, but in some cases the user needs to contact the developer to reset their push token. If you install my fix right after jailbreaking and unlocking, it completely works right away.
I also support push over WiFi on iPhones without a data plan which in general does not work even with official activation.

MORE INFO on YouTube "This movie cannot be played" :
UPDATE: In general, this issue is fixed by rebooting your phone after installing one of the YouTube keys. Most of the times, YouTube works immediately after installing one of fixes. Sometimes it does require a reboot to get YouTube "unstuck" though. If you continue to have this problem after rebooting and trying all 3 keys, read below.
Many people are experiencing youtube issues, such as "this movie cannot be played". From the following link you can see the same exact situation you describe : "And, even worse perhaps, some folks with multiple iPhones report it on one but not on the other -- even on the same wireless network!"

I do not know the cause of this as I have not investigated it. Again, the money that I get from Pushfix 2.0 sales goes to me providing many other solutions for free. I will look into this when I get a chance. It doesn't appear to be YouTube key related because a proper key doesn't fix it.
